Hotel Public Space Attendant

AC Hotel McKinney is seeking a Hotel Public Space Attendant to help keep the hotel experience clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests. This onsite role focuses on maintaining public areas and supporting room cleanliness as needed, while delivering helpful, responsive customer service throughout the property.

Working as part of the team at our McKinney, TX location, you will perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, manage guest support needs, and keep high-traffic spaces in top condition. The position also includes assisting with the delivery and replenishment of items to guest rooms when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong customer service to guests by offering directions, making recommendations, and answering questions.
• Maintain cleanliness in lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper supplies, and replenishing soaps.
• Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuum and maintain public areas, along with completing other assigned duties.
