Housekeeper

Landmark Hotel Group is seeking energetic, friendly room attendants for Holiday Inn Express Hampton. This onsite role in Hampton, VA focuses on cleaning and preparing guest rooms, while also supporting additional tasks to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Role Overview

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain clean, inviting guest rooms and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. You will follow the property’s established cleaning process, use a cart with cleaning supplies to move between rooms, and provide extra support as needed to assist with the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to guest satisfaction by keeping rooms clean and welcoming.
• Learn and follow the hotel’s special room-cleaning method.
• Ensure guest rooms include required items, such as towels and toiletries.
• Use a cleaning-supply cart to service different rooms throughout the shift.
• Provide additional help when needed, including tasks that support the dining area.

Required Qualifications

• No prior housekeeping experience is required; training is available for motivated applicants.
• Team-oriented approach with a willingness to help others.
• Availability to support on weekends and holidays when the schedule requires coverage.

Schedule and Location

This is an onsite position in Hampton, VA.

Compensation

USD 14 per hour
