Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in line with brand and company standards
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize room surfaces and high-touch areas
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards; report deficiencies promptly
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized supply levels throughout each shift
• Handle and report lost and found items according to company policy
• Respond promptly to guest requests and any special service needs
• Follow established chemical handling and safety procedures with OSHA compliance
• Maintain productivity standards while meeting quality assurance benchmarks
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room readiness and operational efficiency
• Adhere to company policies for guest privacy, security, and professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and push/pull carts for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Housekeeping: 1 year (Required)
