Supervise day-to-day housekeeping to keep a premium, fast-paced hotel running smoothly and at a high standard of cleanliness.

Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and all relevant areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members on cleaning techniques, procedures, and performance expectations.
Complete regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage housekeeping inventory for supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services.
Work with other departments to support seamless service delivery across the property.
Partner with management on strategies, budget-planning, training initiatives, and best practices.
Apply safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations during all cleaning activities.

Proven experience in housekeeping management or in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices.
Prior IHG experience or background in premium or luxury hotels is highly desirable.
Previous experience in hotel operations or custodial settings is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff and guests.
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
