Housekeeping Supervisor

Join the team at Hutton Hotel in Nashville, TN (onsite) as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations and help ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met, supporting an exceptional guest experience. You will also lead and develop the housekeeping team while collaborating across departments to keep service running smoothly.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service quality
• Conduct inspections to confirm adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and resolve operational issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards to support a healthy work environment

What you bring

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
