What you’ll do

The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and public areas that meet cleanliness and brand standards. You’ll lead daily execution, ensure teams are ready to perform, and help keep room readiness on track.

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to support quality, productivity, and standards
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance
• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency
• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and help ensure timely room readiness
• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed

What you bring

• Prior housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Physical ability to assist with cleaning tasks and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and holidays
