Job Description
In Hollywood, Florida, the HRL Greeter role at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood centers on setting the tone for attendees as events unfold. This position involves welcoming guests, scanning tickets, and guiding them to their assigned seats, all while promptly reporting issues to a supervisor and upholding HRL policies.
Responsibilities
- Follow all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations across the event experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and other relevant areas within HRL.
- Greet guests, scan tickets, and escort them to their proper assigned seats.
- Acknowledge guest issues and report to a supervisor promptly.
- Keep the work environment clean, safe, and healthy while enforcing HRL policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
