HRL Greeter - OC

Responsibilities

• Follow all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Consistently strive to exceed guest expectations across the event experience.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of seat locations, concessions, restrooms, Merchandising, and other relevant areas within HRL.
• Greet guests, scan tickets, and escort them to their proper assigned seats.
• Acknowledge guest issues and report to a supervisor promptly.
• Keep the work environment clean, safe, and healthy while enforcing HRL policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
