Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee the maintenance department and help keep the property running efficiently onsite in Kissimmee.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality workmanship
• Oversee maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment, and facility systems to help minimize downtime
• Use an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Fabricate parts as needed to support continuous operation and efficient maintenance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan
• Maintain accurate maintenance activity records using CMMS software
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to daily operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong supervisory capability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their use in maintenance tasks
• Excellent command of English, including strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards in all aspects of work
