Night Audit

Hotel Colorado is hiring a full-time night auditor/overnight security team member for an onsite role in Glenwood Springs, CO.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly balancing of hotel charges and expenses for the hotel operation.
• Maintain a professional image and respond to guest needs in a safe and prompt manner to support complete satisfaction.
• Identify, address, and respond to guest requests with sensitivity.
• Carry out a protective function during emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances, and threats to life and property.
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Support the safety of company and customer assets.
• Assist with minor maintenance issues as needed.
• Schedule includes 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with two nights per week focused on night audit balancing and two nights per week focused on overnight security and protective duties.

Requirements

• Ability to balance nightly hotel charges and expenses accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and respond to guest needs safely and promptly.
• Capacity to handle emergencies, disturbances, undesired conduct, and threats to life and property while supporting safety for employees and visitors.
• Willingness to assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Pay: USD 21 - 25 per hour.
