• Oversee the overnight operations from 11pm to 7am to ensure a calm, seamless guest experience and effortless service.

Requirements

• Passion for hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Hard worker who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
