Night Auditor

Americus Hotel in Allentown, PA is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join the overnight team on an onsite schedule. This role supports guests during the late shift, completes required nightly check and audit tasks, and helps ensure the front desk and financial records remain accurate from day to day.

You will be part of a historic downtown Allentown hotel environment, providing friendly, professional service while managing overnight responsibilities that keep operations running smoothly for both guests and the morning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the overnight shift
• Check guests in and out and process reservations
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests
• Handle guest concerns and emergencies professionally
• Complete the nightly audit and ensure daily transactions are accurate
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records
• Review and reconcile hotel reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Communicate important information to management and the morning team
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional service to every guest

Requirements

• Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or night audit experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently overnight
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay

• $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
