Polo Lounge Busperson at The Beverly Hills Hotel operates onsite at 9641 Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, supporting tabletop upkeep, stock, and service station cleanliness to deliver a luxury guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tabletop setups, manage stock for service stations, and keep stations clean and stocked with supplies, condiments, clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and ice throughout the shift; clean and polish all service wares to ensure guests receive the best possible experience.
• Fulfill guest requests related to beverages and special occasions, including coffee and iced tea preparation and water refills as needed.
• In a luxury hotel environment, identify and report imperfections, and coordinate with other departments to address and rectify issues.
• Communicate clearly with other departments and extended hotel teams to maintain alignment across operations.

• The role requires standing for long periods (more than 8 hours), frequent walking, and bending or kneeling; regular lifting and moving up to 50 pounds; continuous use of hands to handle objects; reaching with arms; and verbal communication and hearing.
