Job Description
Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort Crp is seeking a part time Public Area Cleaner to help keep resort recreation spaces and select public areas clean, safe, and ready for guests. This role supports a welcoming environment through guest interaction, routine checks, and upkeep tasks. What you’ll do
- Provide resort guests with instruction on the safe and proper use of health and fitness equipment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the recreation area, front desk, hotel lobby, and offices.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner, respond to special requests, and uphold privacy and security by properly announcing entry and servicing guestrooms as appropriate.
- Support the resort’s commitment to exceptional guest service through attentive, professional guest relations.
- Keep the recreation area and hotel lobby neat and clean at all times.
- Maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of all recreation equipment, including proper usage and whether equipment is mechanically working.
- Complete routine floor inspections and routine upkeep tasks, including replacing items on phone tables, emptying ashtray urns, removing trash, and replacing sand as necessary, including exterior receptacles.
What you bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year guest service experience strongly preferred; hotel or motel experience helpful.
- Recreation personnel should know how to swim.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and motions.
- Good manual dexterity, strong eye/hand coordination, and clarity of vision.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and guest relations skills.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to obtain a CPR Card or have a current one.
- Ability to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
