Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service to guests and collaborate effectively with team members, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• Pre-bus and buss tables across guest areas, including scraping and stacking plates, cups, and silverware, removing dirty linens, and transporting items to the dish pit or designated area.
• Own the guest experience by acting in ways that surprise and delight our visitors.
• Create positive feelings about the property and build lasting relationships with guests.
• Approach every interaction with a can-do attitude and a commitment to assisting each guest.
• Acknowledge guests in a friendly and timely manner, addressing them by name whenever possible.
• Assist wait staff and host/ess as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized side stations, counters, and guest areas.
• Restock items as required.
• Assist host/ess in seating patrons.
• Wear black, slip-resistant shoes at all times and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Comply with the drug- and alcohol-free workplace policy.
• Subject to post-offer, for-cause, and post-accident drug tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
