Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish amenities, towels, and linens with care and consistency
• Report maintenance issues or room damage promptly to engineering or management
• Ensure carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols, including handling chemicals and linens properly
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and room turns as needed
• Provide friendly, respectful service to guests and respond to requests with urgency

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel or healthcare setting ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push carts, and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
