Room Attendant

Hotel Equities Group, LLC is hiring a Room Attendant for an onsite role in Brookfield, WI, with an hourly pay range of USD $16.50 - $17.50 /Hr. What You’ll Do

You’ll help keep guest rooms and public areas fresh, comfortable, and aligned with hotel and brand standards. Your work supports a smooth guest experience through timely cleaning, careful presentation, and responsive service.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly in line with company procedures.
• Keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas organized for efficient service.
• Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and assigned special projects.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate hotel departments.
• Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, courteous guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Physical readiness for the role: stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver supplies and equipment; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and in varying temperatures as required.

Technology & Systems

Experience with the following is preferred: Property Management Systems (PMS), housekeeping room-status systems, mobile or handheld hotel communication tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
