Senior Operations Manager

Hotel Clean is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day and night-time operational execution at its St. Louis, MO location. This role focuses on optimizing client service delivery while keeping on-site teams organized, compliant, and positioned for growth in a safety-first environment.

In this position, you will coordinate multiple on-site teams, ensure contractual service standards are met, and help drive continuous improvement through clear processes, coaching, and effective staffing. You will also support timely completion of on-site projects to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily and nightly operations, including planning, scheduling, and employee allocation to support client satisfaction and growth targets.
• Oversee multiple on-site teams to ensure adherence to client regulations and company policies.
• Oversee implementation of client-specific scopes of work.
• Supervise staff and provide coaching and development to support a motivated, efficient team.
• Manage heavy lifting procedures safely by training staff on proper techniques and equipment use.
• Collaborate with management to ensure all on-site projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid, current drivers license.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance needs.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (USD).
• Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week.
