Spa | Gym Attendant

Spa and Gym Attendant position at Fontainebleau Florida Hotel, LLC, onsite in Miami Beach, FL, offering $16 per hour and focused on cleaning, stocking, and delivering amenities at fitness facilities with courteous guest service.

Responsibilities

• Keep the fitness areas clean and well stocked, replenish amenities, and deliver courteous, competent service to spa guests to support overall satisfaction.
• Instruct guests on proper equipment use, assist with spa amenities, and coordinate training appointments as needed.
• Monitor sanitation, cleanliness, and organization of assigned work zones to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare the workstation by arranging designated supplies, forms, and reference materials in an orderly setup.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the locker room operations as directed by a Leader or supervisor.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Previous experience as an attendant, front desk, or other customer service roles is preferred.
• High school education or an equivalent level of education is preferred.
