Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly when they arrive
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Share clear details about hotel amenities, local attractions, and available services to enhance guest stays
• Handle guest requests professionally with a positive attitude
• Multi-task while helping keep bellman areas clean and organized
• Maintain physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy suitcases and to stand or walk for long shifts

Requirements

• Proven hospitality experience in a hotel or resort setting
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities

Pay

• From $12.25 per hour
• USD 12 per hourly
