The Fifth Avenue Hotel is opening a 153-room property in New York, NY, and we’re building a team focused on anticipatory, personalized luxury service. As a Butler, you’ll help create guest experiences that feel tailored, discreet, and memorable, while supporting an elevated level of hospitality from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where guests experience The Fifth Avenue Hotel like a flaneur, with curated details that tell a story and leave a lasting impression.
• five-star level of luxury service and hospitality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel role (preferred).
• customer service and communication skills.

Benefits

Maximum: USD $33.00/Hr.

Work Environment and Context

• Schedule varies and includes holidays and weekends.
• Standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, and reaching are required.
