Follow all departmental and property policies and procedures related to guest service standards.
Acknowledge and greet guests in English, offering assistance and information to anyone interested in gaming.
Provide fast, flawless, personalized service to players.
Consistently build and maintain rapport with guests.
Maintain knowledge of all aspects of the games being dealt.
Comply with company and departmental policies, State Gaming Regulations, and internal controls.
Conduct the assigned game according to established procedure.
Ensure appropriate game protection.
Maintain an appropriate pace for all players at the table.
Learn and familiarize yourself with the property’s other gaming and entertainment activities to provide accurate information and enhance guest experience.
Process payouts quickly and accurately.
Fill and credit tables by verifying cheques.
Open and close tables according to guidelines and procedures.
Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of Dealers School or six months of experience as a dealer with at least two high-volume main games (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, etc.)
Strong verbal communication skills; fluent and literate in English.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of applicable state gaming laws and regulations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
High energy with a proactive and strategic approach to addressing issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic to calculate payoffs accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
