Job Description
Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Victor, ID seeks a part-time Night Auditor and Front Desk Clerk to manage overnight front desk operations, balance daily revenue and expenses, and assist guests with check-in and check-out, breakfast preparation, and laundry during the 11 pm to 7 am shift.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily revenue and expense transactions recorded during daytime operations at the hotel.
- Enter financial figures into multiple management systems with accuracy.
- Monitor overnight front desk operations and maintain the overall appearance of the front desk area.
- Attend to guest needs during arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Support the preparation of the guest breakfast buffet.
- Provide laundry assistance as required.
Requirements
- Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required.
