Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Victor, ID seeks a part-time Night Auditor and Front Desk Clerk to manage overnight front desk operations, balance daily revenue and expenses, and assist guests with check-in and check-out, breakfast preparation, and laundry during the 11 pm to 7 am shift.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily revenue and expense transactions recorded during daytime operations at the hotel.
• Enter financial figures into multiple management systems with accuracy.
• Monitor overnight front desk operations and maintain the overall appearance of the front desk area.
• Attend to guest needs during arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Support the preparation of the guest breakfast buffet.
• Provide laundry assistance as required.

Requirements

• Prior hotel experience is preferred but not required.
