Operate the dishwasher to clean dishware and utensils after service.
Scrub pots and pans in the three‑compartment sink to remove residues.
Clean walls and maintain a spotless dining area.
Sweep and mop dining room floors to keep them presentable.
Clear and reset tables as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain clean and orderly dining room floors, tables, chairs, and walls.
Sort silverware and restock table supplies as needed.
Keep shelves stocked and organized for utensils, vats, and related items, including the bussing station.
Assist with food preparation as required to support the kitchen team.
Assist guests with requests and provide courteous service.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience in food and beverage is helpful but not required.
