Guest Services Ambassador

Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to deliver attentive, detail-first hospitality in a respectful and progressive environment. This non-exempt, full-time role with flexible availability works under the direction of the Director of Hotel Operations and supports an experience designed to surprise and inspire.

Set in a thoughtful renovation of two iconic KC buildings, Crossroads Hotel combines community energy with memorable service. With 131 luxuriously appointed rooms and several beautifully designed event spaces, the property also features distinctive dining and social spaces, including Lazia and a lively lobby cocktail bar, plus a rooftop beer garden with uninterrupted views.

Compensation

• Pay: USD 18 per hour
• Additional support: Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays
