Hotel Concierge Lounge Attendant

Join Renaissance Hotel - Cincinnati, a luxury property in downtown Cincinnati, as a Concierge Lounge Attendant. This onsite role focuses on delivering a high quality guest experience in the club lounge, with duties including taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments. You will build guest relationships, expand your knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails, and help create a fun, enjoyable atmosphere for every guest. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $15-$18 per hour, with AM shifts and occasional evenings and weekends as needed. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, taking drink and food orders and processing payments
• Provide recommendations and demonstrate knowledge of wines, beer, and cocktails
• Ensure guest needs are met and that they have an excellent, enjoyable time
• Demonstrate strong multi-tasking by handling multiple tables and tasks efficiently
• Deliver high-quality service in a friendly, proactive, and attentive manner
• Serve food and drinks, then clean and clear tables
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Learn about food and beverages to enhance guest experience
• Stand, walk, and carry heavy trays of food and drinks
• Experience in fine-dining is a plus
• Maintain a friendly, attentive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous hotel club lounge attendant experience; preferred
• Role: Hotel Food & Beverage Club Lounge (Concierge attendant)
• Weekend availability required
• Weekend morning availability required
