Housekeeper/Room Attendant/Houseman

Doxie Hotel in New York, NY is hiring a detail-oriented Room Attendant (Housekeeper) and Houseman to support daily housekeeping operations, including room and public area cleaning. Training is provided, along with future performance reviews tied to salary and potential position growth.

Pay and Training Rate

USD 19.00 to 23.00 per hour

• $19.00/hour during training (up to 2 weeks or 80 hours)
• $23.00/hour after training
• Future performance review and promotion

Job Type and Availability

• Full Time (Part Time welcomed, too)
• Full-time, Part-time
• Shifts: 10am-6pm | 11am-7pm
• Evening and Weekend availability are preferred

Responsibilities (Room Attendant / Housekeeper)

• Clean rooms and public areas
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform laundry tasks
• Carry out deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply carts on a daily basis
• Dispose of trash and recyclables

Responsibilities (Houseman)

• Perform all housekeeping tasks listed above except for cleaning guest rooms

Requirements

• Legal working status required
• Minimum of ONE YEAR housekeeping experience (Cleaning: 1 year required)
