Housekeeping Attendant
Job Description
Image Hotel Management is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant to help keep the hotel looking and feeling fresh for every guest. Based onsite in Hebron, KY, this hourly position supports daily cleanliness across guest rooms, hallways, and public areas while helping the team maintain smooth hotel operations. The role runs from USD 14 to 15 per hour and includes a mix of cleaning, stocking, reporting, and guest-facing support.
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will follow company and brand standards for cleanliness, maintain housekeeping organization, and promptly flag any maintenance or property issues you notice. You may also be cross-trained to assist with laundry or houseman duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a good personal appearance at all times, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by the hotel.
- Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests.
- Clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company and brand standards, and ensure public areas are kept clean.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
- Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance, or Front Desk immediately.
- Report missing, damaged, or broken hotel property to a supervisor or Front Desk immediately upon discovery.
- Properly tag lost and found items and turn them in to management.
- Offer guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
- Greet guests when in visible contact, maintaining a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances.
- Clean break room, guest laundry, vending, and other areas as assigned.
- Comply with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in cross-training as a Laundry Attendant or Houseman to provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain integrity and a strong moral work ethic.
- After check-out, deliver guest belongings found to Front Desk or Management to process as lost and found.
- Work as a team and maintain a can-do attitude.
- Complete additional duties assigned by a supervisor or hotel manager as necessary.
