Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant at The Ryder Hotel in Charleston, SC, you will support a clean, comfortable, and welcoming room experience for every guest. The role focuses on maintaining guestrooms to standard through consistent cleaning, restocking, and thoughtful assistance when requests are made.

Key Responsibilities

• Change towels and make beds to maintain room presentation
• Clean bathrooms to standard for cleanliness and sanitation
• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms
• Use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom
• Replenish all supplies and amenities to the established standard
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard
• Deliver or retrieve requested items from guests as needed
• Ensure guestrooms are secured
• Follow the lost and found policy for guest items accidentally left behind
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
• Address guest requests thoughtfully and knowledgeably to ensure rooms remain stocked, clean, and inviting at all times
