Luxury Hotel Concierge

The Luxury Hotel Concierge role at Hotel Jackson provides guests with personalized service onsite in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The position focuses on answering inquiries, offering dining and activity recommendations, handling reservations, arranging transportation, and building enduring relationships with guests who return for repeat experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries about Jackson and local events and attractions.
• Suggest dining options and activities, and manage reservations on behalf of guests.
• Coordinate transportation for business services and entertainment, including scheduling as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with long-term guests to encourage repeat stays and positive online reviews of concierge services.

Requirements

• A college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a front office or guest services capacity.
• Knowledge of hotel services, local events, venues, and transportation options.
• Detail oriented and enjoys working with the public.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a positive attitude.
