Maintenance Technician

AC Hotel Denver RiNo is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance and facilities operations at the property in Denver, CO. This hands-on role assists the Maintenance leadership team with repairs, preventative maintenance, documentation, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members.

Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour. Location: Denver, CO (onsite, in person).

What you will do

• Assist Maintenance leadership with the daily operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Complete assigned maintenance and repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and other property spaces.
• Conduct routine property walks to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment issues.
• Assist with the maintenance and operation of hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, life safety systems, kitchen equipment, and other hotel systems.
• Maintain proper inventory of maintenance supplies and notify leadership when supplies need replenishing.
• Follow company and brand SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable ADA requirements.
• Work closely with the hotel team to respond to guest maintenance requests and help support guest satisfaction.
• Support maintenance projects and other assignments as requested by management.
• Document completed maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What you bring

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or facilities maintenance experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, life safety systems, kitchen equipment, and other hotel-related equipment (preferred).
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently while following direction from Maintenance leadership.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage as needed.
• Ability to reliably commute to Denver, CO 80216 or willing to relocate before starting employment.

• Full-time position.

Physical requirements
