Night Audit Associate

Part-time Night Audit Associate role in Moscow, ID (onsite) with True North Hotel Group Inc. From 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, you will be the first point of contact for guest requests, helping ensure overnight stays run smoothly through check-in support, guest assistance, and essential clerical tasks.

What you’ll do

• Act as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am.
• Greet guests and complete hotel check-in, including issuing room keys and directing guests to their rooms and other hotel areas.
• Answer guest questions in person and by phone.
• Support guests during the night by fulfilling needs that help make their stay enjoyable, including assistance with dining, entertainment, and transportation reservations as needed.
• Address and resolve guest problems or complaints.
• Complete clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, entering reservations, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

What you bring

• High school diploma or a GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
