Night Auditor - Seasonal

This seasonal Night Auditor position is part of the Front Desk team at Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. You will manage overnight guest check-in and ensure Night Audit tasks and reporting are completed accurately, while delivering customer service throughout the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM timeframe (typical shift hours).

Location and Schedule

• Location: Riverside, CA (onsite)
• Hours: Overnight hours are required (typically 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Availability: Various shifts including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Support guests in discovering their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service through an engaging, sincere approach
• Check guests in while ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and information is accurate
• Help resolve issues and perform recovery to create positive guest outcomes when challenges arise
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact professionally with hotel and resort staff and assist other departments with necessary information
• Maintain knowledge of all emergency procedures and policies
• Maintain the house bank
• Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with strong attention to detail
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Assist other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

Compensation

• $19.75 per hour
