Night Auditor-Full time 11pm-7am

The Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent supports guests overnight while completing daily accounting, auditing, and front desk operations onsite in Rosemont, IL.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional, service-oriented communication
• Check in late-arriving guests and process early morning departures
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Share details on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the overnight shift
• Handle guest transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and room charges
• Complete the nightly audit process and ensure all daily transactions are balanced
• Verify guest accounts, room rates, market codes, and billing accuracy
• Post room and tax charges to all occupied guest accounts
• Process express checkouts and handle guest folio corrections
• Reconcile cash, credit card, and system transactions
• Run required audit reports and revenue summaries
• Complete daily revenue and accounting reports accurately and on time
• Maintain night audit controls and follow internal financial procedures

Requirements

• Previous hotel front desk, guest service, cash handling, or night audit experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and accounting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Hourly Rate: $22.00 an Hour
• Shift: 11pm–7:30am
