Overnight Front Desk Agent

Overnight Front Desk Agent position at The Tavern Hotel in Cottonwood, AZ (onsite), serving as the first point of contact for guests during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete hotel check-ins and check-outs using the hotel reservation system
• Share details on hotel amenities and services, plus local attractions
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Support guests with special requests and accommodations
• Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and ready for arrivals
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to help ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Knowledge of night audit procedures advantage

Pay

• From $19.00 per hour
