Part Time Night Audit

The Night Audit position at the Colorado Springs Marriott, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is an on-site, part-time overnight role. Working the 11 pm to 7 am shift, you’ll support guest check-in, deliver attentive front desk service, and manage overnight operations to help ensure a smooth stay for every guest. This role blends hospitality excellence with precise administrative duties to uphold a high standard of overnight service.

Responsibilities

• Encourage guests to explore the property’s Wanderlust experiences.
• Provide warm, engaging service with genuine interest in guest needs.
• Check guests in, confirm charges, note and fulfill special requests, and verify accurate information.
• Address issues to recover guest satisfaction and create a positive experience when things aren’t perfect.
• Promote and upsell hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable about all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain the house bank.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Follow Night Audit procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Adhere to established procedures for posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work overnight hours.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
