Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going smoothly
• Collaborate with the team to maintain resort and hotel cleanliness
• Walk all assigned floors at the start and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen
• Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock on each floor pantry
• Ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, including bathrooms, lounge areas, and hallways
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning of rooms
• Clean all public areas according to standard operating procedures
• Remove soiled linen and trash from service areas and transport to the appropriate locations
• Respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and fellow team members

Requirements

• Open availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Housekeeping experience desirable
• Neat, pleasant personality
• Time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to move and navigate floors, reach corners and high places; observe conditions and odors; maneuver carts up to 100 lbs in tight spaces; operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters
• Lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs

Compensation
