Slot Attendant

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel offers a full-time Slot Attendant role onsite in Snoqualmie, WA with a pay rate of USD 17 per hour. If you enjoy serving guests, keeping slot operations running smoothly, and working through the late swing or grave shift, this position provides strong support and benefits from day one.

What you will do

As a Slot Attendant, you will greet guests and respond to initial inquiries with accurate information about the department and other property services. You’ll also share details about the Casino & Hotel, upcoming events, loyalty programming, and entertainment offerings to help create a positive guest experience.

You will process slot transactions with friendly, efficient service while maintaining accuracy and staying compliant with required procedures. Your role includes paying and documenting jackpots and hand-pays with precision, completing fills and routine servicing of slot machines, and supporting guests with change requests and other service needs in a timely manner.

To keep operations consistent, you will maintain daily slot logs and complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Additional assigned duties may be part of supporting departmental operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED, including Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
• Six (6) months experience handling multiple cash transactions on a daily basis
• Six (6) months of guest service experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate calculations and use basic math skills for daily tasks
• Proven computer proficiency and ability to learn and use required systems and applications
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with personnel at all levels
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally using a two-way radio

Preferred experience (not required)

• Previous Slot Attendant experience
• Experience with SDS, IGT, CMP, or Everi
