Table Games Floorperson

In this role, you will manage day-to-day table operations to support a smooth, compliant gaming environment. You will oversee dealer performance, help maintain operational standards during your shift, and support guest service alongside leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of gaming tables during your shift.
• Train, supervise, and monitor dealers to promote consistent adherence to approved procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Table Games Manager as key support to leadership and frontline teams by maintaining operational excellence, addressing issues promptly, and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment that supports the integrity and reputation of the casino.
