The Assistant Housekeeping Manager leads the housekeeping team, optimizes workflows, and ensures supplies are ready to support seamless service.   • Salary: USD 68,000 - 72,000 per year
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the Housekeeping team.
  • Streamline existing workflow processes to reduce friction.
  • Stock the supply cart and ensure supplies are replenished as needed.
  • Identify operational challenges and address them.
  • Make reasonable and insightful assumptions to support smooth operations.
  • Inspire the team by highlighting the rewards of delivering outstanding service.
