Support hotel operations by keeping guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and aligned with hotel and brand standards.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
Provide courteous, responsive service to guest requests and special housekeeping needs
Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly per company procedures
Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized condition
Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures
Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate hotel departments
Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction standards
Perform other duties as assigned

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, courteous guest-service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver housekeeping supplies and equipment
Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and in varying temperatures as required
