Barback position at Pyramid Global Hospitality (Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University) in Westlake, TX offers a steady, full‑time role within a high‑caliber hospitality environment. You will play a key part in keeping service smooth by clearing and setting up the bar and dining spaces, restocking glassware, ice, and beverages, and assisting bartenders and servers on the 2nd shift. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset the bar and tables and provide timely support to the bartender and service team.
• Assist with restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items as needed.
• Support servers with restocking, cleaning, table setting, and running food.
• Perform opening and closing side work; handle heavy lifting on a continuous basis.
• Provide quick and attentive response to any mishap to maintain smooth service.

Requirements

• Friendly and outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting and renewed as needed.
