Bell/Valet Person

As a bell and valet professional at Maui Coast Hotel in Kihei, you will assist guests with arrivals and departures, manage luggage, and share information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a hotel environment
• Extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Provide valet service as required; must maintain a clean driving abstract
• Keeps up to date with hotel amenities and services offered
• Availability for morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Solid front desk and guest services background
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficient with multi-line phone systems
• Familiarity with Opera Cloud and HotSos is helpful
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
