Casino Porter

Onsite in Las Vegas, NV, this role supports a clean, welcoming casino experience through day-to-day care of public and employee areas. As part of Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino, you will keep floors and surrounding spaces looking their best, while also assisting guests and routing housekeeping or guest service concerns to the right supervisors and managers.

What you’ll do

• Clean and polish floors across all public areas, including hallways, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing across different flooring types.
• Maintain rugs and walk-off carpet by cleaning and caring for them as part of daily cleanliness standards.
• Support guest service by assisting guests with questions and requests.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Supervisors and Managers regarding housekeeping and guest service related issues.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with teammates, guests, and vendors.
• Receive and apply performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a similar casino or hotel environment preferred.
