Events Specialist, On-Call

The On-Call Events Specialist supports the Marketing team in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts, while helping create a welcoming and engaging experience for guests. The role also requires representing Seven Feathers Hotel & Casino Resort Crp with a professional presence during each event, ensuring courteous hospitality in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing with the execution of promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and concerts.
• Represent Seven Feathers Casino Resort in a positive, professional manner both on and off property for each event or promotion.
• Promptly greet guests and efficiently complete assigned duties.
• Deliver warm, courteous, and hospitable service throughout every guest interaction.
• Participate in pre-function meetings, briefings, or event planning to gather information and stay informed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to be available when business needs arise.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
• Obtain a Class III Gaming License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
