Guest Services Supervisor

Crossroads Hotel in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily guest-facing support and help guide hotel ambassadors. Reporting to the Director of Rooms, this onsite role focuses on leadership, collaboration, and smooth hospitality operations within a distinctive, community-driven property.

With 131 luxuriously appointed rooms and event spaces inside a loving renovation of two iconic KC buildings, Crossroads is known for its atmosphere and thoughtful service. From Lazia’s intimate old world Italian approach to the lively lobby cocktail bar and rooftop beer garden, the guest experience is shaped by teamwork across departments.

Role Overview

• Supervise and lead hotel ambassadors while supporting hospitality and guest services operations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, sales, lifestyle, and other departments to keep the property running smoothly.
• Work alongside teams to deliver support operations under the direction of the Director of Rooms.

• Help lead a team of hotel ambassadors in Crossroads’ historic, distinctive building.
• Partner with multiple departments to bring a dynamic guest experience to life.
• Contribute in a respectful, progressive environment that values what each person brings to the team.
