Hotel Bar Server

Hotel Cheval is hiring a part-time Hotel Bar Server in Paso Robles, CA (on-site). This role focuses on delivering smooth, attentive bar service while supporting an upscale hotel bar operation. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience through confident menu knowledge, accurate ordering, and friendly interaction, using Toast POS to keep service flowing.

What you’ll do

• Learn and communicate what’s available on the menu, answering guest questions clearly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, entering details in Toast POS
• Engage with guests in a friendly, personable manner
• Support all aspects of operating an upscale hotel bar

• Menu knowledge and the ability to explain menu items to guests
• Strong attentiveness and focus on service quality in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evenings and weekends
• Ability to work two to four shifts per week, including weekends

This is a part-time position based in person at Hotel Cheval in Paso Robles, CA.

Compensation

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
