Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage room assignments
- Maintain hotel security
- Respond to inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Balance transactions
- Verify payment accuracy
- Investigate financial discrepancies
- Assist hotel management
- Support emergency response during emergency situations
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs)
- Maintain accurate records
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in front desk, auditing, or a hospitality role preferred
- Basic knowledge of front desk operations, hotel services, policies, and procedures, with the ability to learn on the job
- Familiarity with computer equipment and reservation systems, with the ability to resolve minor technical issues or know whom to contact for assistance
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; a second language is preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
