Server

At Hotel Indigo North Conway, the Server role supports a hospitality-first dining experience in the Viewpoint eatery and bar. Shifts include breakfast and dinner, with a focus on personalized service, accurate ordering, and smooth delivery of food and beverages.

This in-person position in North Conway, NH is designed for servers who enjoy working with guests and coordinating with the kitchen to keep service moving efficiently. Compensation ranges from $10.00 to $40.00 per hour, with opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Silverware POS
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and support sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while following proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and keeping service stations clean
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using cashiering systems
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly to maintain positive, memorable guest relations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely order delivery and resolve service issues efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant policies to provide accurate guest information

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Silverware
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to support guest satisfaction and sales
• Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous, but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings
