Sonnenalp Hotel in Vail, CO is hiring a Ski Concierge for the 2026-2027 winter season, onsite.

Adhere to grooming standards and appearance guidelines as defined in the Employee Handbook.
Foster a collaborative team environment and support colleagues.
Provide courteous, guest-first service with a friendly, positive demeanor to enhance guest comfort.
Coordinate pick-up and drop-off of ski equipment between hotel and ski valet.
Monitor ski equipment inventory and minimize loss.
Maintain a visible presence at the Ski Valet to ensure timely guest satisfaction.
Assist guests with ski equipment storage and retrieval.
Inform guests about on-site venues and activities.
Report unsafe conditions or suspicious activity to the Ski Valet Supervisor or Manager on Duty.
Clean and maintain ski racks and all ski valet areas regularly.

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy loads.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, quick thinking, well organized, and a personable, polite demeanor.
Ability to work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.
Must wear a uniform with a clean, neat appearance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for a full shift of 8 to 12 hours.
Ability to lift 10 to 50 pounds as needed.

The ski valet delivers personalized service to guests and handles the transfer of ski equipment to and from the Gorsuch Ski Café for hotel guests.

$16.00 /hr plus tips.

Hiring will occur on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until October 1st or until the positions are filled.

11/13/2026 - 4/25/2027. Dates can change based on business levels.
