Join The Beverly Hills Hotel in a full-time, permanent Steward position supporting Food & Beverage - Kitchen operations on-site.

Keep dishware and kitchen prep areas clean throughout the day, including scraping food from used dishes, washing by hand and/or placing items into racks or the conveyor dishwashing machine.
Wash pots, pans, kitchen tools, and trays.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, banquet service areas, and hallways to maintain a luxury guest experience.
Support kitchen operations by fulfilling special guest requests, including kosher dishes and specific preparation or set-up of items.
Handle special occasions when requested as part of kitchen execution.
Monitor for imperfections and blemishes, report issues, and work with other team members to correct them.
Communicate with other departments and extended hotel team members to maintain alignment.

Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to perform required physical activities:
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch.
- Hand, finger, and wrist dexterity required.
Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull moderate weight up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
English is the primary language used in the hotel; comfortable communication is required.
